Under the guidance of Chef Fanny, 18 participants kneaded, shaped, and baked with full focus and joy ๐งโ๐ณ
Some came alone, but soon everyone became friends chatting, laughing, and learning together.
The most meaningful moment came when everyoneโs handmade bagels were delivered to children in @ractar_orphanage_usj, a safe haven for underprivileged children, turning each loaf into a heartfelt gift ๐
Grace, one of our lovely participants shared that baking, for her, is a form of healing and connection. Meanwhile, @louislovesocial, a student of @cilantroculinaryacademy himself described the day simply: โFlour, fun, and friendship, thatโs what it was all about.โ
