To us, neutering might seem like a choice we can take or leave. But for these dogs, it is a life-saving measure that must be taken.
We have witnessed far too many tragedies caused by the lack of neutering. TVT (Transmissible Venereal Tumor) and severe reproductive infections. This suffering is 100% preventable 💔
That is why we have decided to neuter 70 dogs at our shelter. The cost for each dog will be RM250.
We always apply for subsidized neutering slots whenever they are available. However, slots are extremely limited. Turning to the public for fundraising is always our last resort. It is a painful decision, but for the dogs’ safety, we know it cannot wait.
Neutering isn’t just about protecting dogs from deadly diseases. Most importantly, we want our shelter dogs to be healthy and ready when they meet their new owners.
