Eight Months Away from Home, Living on the Streets of Kuala Lumpur

For the past eight months, this uncle has been living homeless in Kuala Lumpur after coming from Johor Bahru.

During our conversation, he shared that he misses his loved ones back home. Although he did not say much about his circumstances, we could sense how much he longs to be reunited with them.

Living away from home, without a stable place to stay, is never easy. Yet, he continues to face each day as it comes.

Through our Street Friends mission, New Life Foundation took the time to hear his story and extended a care package to offer some support during his time on the streets.
