Faeeq, born at only 27 weeks, has been battling health challenges since the very beginning of his life. Medical examinations revealed serious congenital heart, lung, and airway conditions that require continuous life support.
A Childhood Lost to Medical Machines
Faeeq, only 3 years old, is unable to experience a normal childhood. Instead, he depends on oxygen and ongoing medical support as he continues to fight for every breath. At such a young age, Faeeq should be discovering the world with ease. However his world is limited to hospital rooms and life-support machines as he battles serious congenital conditions.
A Family Barely Surviving
As the sole breadwinner, Faeeq’s father works as a farmer earning only around RM800 a month, while his mother is a housewife caring for him full-time. The family is currently staying in a small rented shoplot with very limited space and basic conditions. Despite his efforts, the income is not enough to cover Faeeq’s ongoing medical needs, including oxygen support, tracheostomy care, hospital visits, and a clean environment to prevent infections. The family continues to struggle daily under overwhelming financial pressure.
A Father Carrying More Than He Can Bear
Despite the heavy burden, he continues to support his family, even as their electricity is sometimes cut off due to unpaid bills. With only around RM800 a month, far below what is needed for a family of three, most of his income goes directly to Faeeq’s care, including oxygen and suction machines, hospital transport, and specially formulated milk. We have launched a crowdfunding campaign with a target of RM23,800 to help ease their financial burden and support Faeeq’s urgent medical needs.

Doctors just discovered that Fattah is allergic to his current medication, forcing an immediate halt to his life-saving treatment. He urgently needs a change in medication, but it comes at a much higher cost, putting even more strain on his already struggling family. 😮💨
Right now, Fattah’s medical bills, hospital trips, and daily expenses have soared to RM97,440.

Earlier, we launched a fundraising campaign for 3-year-old Faeeq, a child born with a congenital heart defect, underdeveloped lungs, and a narrowed airway.
To support his medical care and daily needs, we set a target of RM23,800 to provide essential medical equipment, including an oxygen machine and a suction machine, as well as assistance for transportation to hospital and related medical expenses
Today, we are delighted to share that this fundraising campaign has been successfully completed With the generosity of donors, we have successfully purchased the oxygen machine and suction machine, personally delivered the equipment to Faeeq’s family, prepared essential daily supplies, and handed over a cheque to help cover his transportation to hospital and ongoing medical expenses.
