This round of Shower of Love, we celebrated women because their resilience resembles rescue dogs, especially those whose struggles we’ve witnessed before they found safety in our shelter 💪🐾
This event wasn’t just attended by women but by men as well, all coming together in support of our rescues ❤️ Aside from showering our dogs with love, our participants also took the time to understand the harsh reality of rescue dogs. A reality that, in many ways, mirrors the struggles faced by women 🐶💔
This day was even more impactful as we welcomed Sue Ann, who shared an important message about #ExecuteAWA, shedding light on the urgency to genuinely unite as a collective nation under one spirit to promote humanity and integrity in Malaysia’s fight for greater animal welfare – a shared mission well represented by all the voices across the country’s animal welfare spectrum. ⚡
