Our Special Learning class was a bit different today! After indulging in all the treats from the Christmas gatherings and getting ready for Chinese New Year, it’s never too late to get our bodies moving again

With a quick fitness session led by @banana_chua , an inspiring youth with Tourette syndrome who proves fitness is for everyone regardless of their disabilities, the students got to stretch, learn about their bodies, and practice proper form with care and guidance!

For special needs children, staying active is crucial as it helps improve focus, build coordination, and support overall physical health
What better way to kickstart their learning sessions than with a little movement and a lot of smiles?
