Gigi was found by the roadside, silently struggling with tumors, mucus, and blood coming from her private area. Our shelter PIC, Albee, discovered her in this condition and immediately rushed her to the vet, where the dreaded diagnosis came — TVT (Transmissible Venereal Tumor)
Despite her condition, Gigi maintained a good appetite (most probably starving long on the roadside), though she appeared painfully thin due to ongoing blood loss.
In early August, she began chemotherapy treatment and recently completed her sixth session. Now, over a month later, the pain is gone, and Gigi is livelier, more joyful, and full of hope than ever!
This wouldn’t have been possible without the kindness and support of people like you. Every donation and every bit of care you’ve shown have brought Gigi closer to a full recovery! She’s living proof of what love can do, and we couldn’t be more grateful.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Gigi is getting her New Life because of you!
